The short version.
Rulehunt is a free daily puzzle game run by one person. Play it, share it, enjoy it. There's no account, nothing to buy, and nothing owed either way.
Using Rulehunt.
You may play Rulehunt and share your results freely. Please don't attempt to disrupt the service for other players, scrape it automatically, or use it to break the law.
No warranty.
Rulehunt is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. It may be unavailable, contain errors, or stop working at any time. It's a free game maintained in spare time.
Limitation of liability.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator of Rulehunt is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the site.
Support payments.
Contributions through Buy Me a Coffee are voluntary gifts toward hosting and development. They are not purchases, they buy no feature or advantage in the game, they are not tax-deductible charitable donations, and they are not refundable through Rulehunt. Buy Me a Coffee handles all payment processing under its own terms.
Content and attribution.
Rulehunt's design and code belong to its operator. The game descends from Eleusis, created by Robert Abbott in 1956; Rulehunt is an independent work and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Robert Abbott or his estate.
Changes.
These terms may change. The current version always lives at rulehunt.com/terms.
Governing law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA.
